Cheese Burger Cassarole

A simple but delicious casserole.

Begin cooking the noodles
In a large pot or sauce pan, begin browning the hamburger (season to taste) and onions, adding the garlic when the hamburger is almost done
Drain off the excess fat
Return to pot and add pasta sauce, salt, and pepper
Reduce heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally
When the noodles are done, drain and add to the pot with the sauce and hamburger
Stir and fold until the noodles are coated (with the sauce)
Add shredded cheese
Turn-off or reduce heat more, and cover the casserole until cheese is melted
Serve
